Alice Johnson

Alice Jane Johnson, 87, of Glen Head, NY, passed away on March 26, 2023. She was predeceased by her loving husband Harry C. Johnson Sr. She is survived by her four children Linda Lee LoBianco, William E. Hoagland IV, Barbara Ann Smith, and Dawn Marie Brottenberg. And three stepchildren Harry C. Johnson Jr., Judy Dwyer, and Jill Fechtig. She had 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed building puzzles, feeding and watching the birds in her yard. She collected lighthouses and visited many along the East Coast. She loved going out for a bite to eat and being with family. She was very proud to have children that served in the military.

Visitation on Wednesday, March 29, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Whitting Funeral Home, 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545.

Funeral Mass on Thursday, March 30, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church, Roslyn, NY.

Interment will follow at East Hillside Cemetery, Old Brookville, NY.
