Giordano, Anthony K. passed away in Glen Cove, NY on April 14, 2015. Predeceased by his loving parents, Loretta and Frank Giordano and brothers Michael and Joseph. He was married at St. Boniface Martyr Church in Sea Cliff and is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Maureen A. Giordano and their children, Sharon Giordano Coleman (Robert), Suzanne Avery (Gordon), Judy Giordano Sternberg (Michael), Jill Matano (Richard) and grandchildren Gordon Avery, Jr. (Kate), Anthony Avery (Eileen), Lauren Avery Spear (Jon), Alexander Blood, Anne-Marie Aulicino, Brendan Blood, Haley Blood Paz (Luis), Richard Aulicino, and great grandson Jack Spear. He loved being with his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces and nephews, and will be forever missed by his family and friends. Anthony was a World War II Veteran. He was a Glen Cove resident for many years then moved to Naples, Florida for 40 years, was gifted to be able to play piano by ear, an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, business owner, and returned to Glen Cove two years ago. Prior to the war he was drafted to play for the New York Giants Baseball Team, however due to his war time injury was never able to play for them. A Memorial Mass Thur.
