Arthur R. Parsons

PARSONS – Arthur R., 89, of Glenwood Landing, NY, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Loving father of Katharine, and stepfather to Kirstin LaValle-Durham (Scott). Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Alexandra, Jaimie, and Allie. Predeceased by his parents Charles J. and Helen M, and his dear brother Charles S. He is also survived by his cousins, and many nieces and nephews.

Artie was a lifetime member of the Glenwood Volunteer Fire Department and was involved in many charities throughout his lifetime.

He will be missed by all.

Visitation, Tuesday, April 18, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Whitting Funeral Home, 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545.

Firematic Services Tuesday, April 18, in the evening at Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head, NY.

Private cremation will take place.
