Benjamin Alton Howe

Howe, Benjamin Alton of Glen Cove, NY on May 22, 2016. Born in New Rochelle, NY, he graduated from New Rochelle High School, Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA in 1951 and Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. Ben taught at Sea Cliff School for 32 years, was a member of Sea Cliff Yacht Club for 46 years and the Lago Mar Resort & Club in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl for the past 16 years. Ben will most be remembered for his gentle manner, his subtle wit and his love of sailing. He leaves his wife Bobbie, his daughter Lisa Margaret, and four grandchildren Jack, Nick, Alex and Sara.
