Bindy Banker

BANKER, Bindy 90, of Glen Cove, NY, passed away peacefully at home on July 6, 2021. Loving husband of 44 years to Beverly. Beloved father of Ritchey Howe (David), Robbie Banker, Ashley Banker and the late Moby Banker. Devoted stepfather to Chip Day, Billings Cay (John), and Kingsley Gregory (Stuart). Fun-loving grandfather of Ritchey, Tate, Campbell, Gardner, John, Grayson and Katie. Big brother to David (the late Pamela Banker) and Douglas Banker (Sarah) and the late Peter Banker.
A graduate of Yale University, a proud 1st Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps and a life-long career on Wall Street, including 43 years at Alex Brown & Sons. Bindy spent his life bringing love, joy, music and laughter to everyone he encountered. He loved spending time with family around the table, telling great stories with his pals, sinking memorable winning putts, and dancing the night away. The twinkle in his bright blue eyes will be remembered by all who knew him.
Service will be Wednesday, July 14th at 10:30AM at St. John's of Lattingtown, 325 Lattingtown Road, Locust Valley, NY 11560. Private burial to follow.
