Cathleen Anne Colella

Cathleen Battles Colella of Locust Valley, NY and West Yarmouth, MA passed away aged 76 surrounded by the love of her family. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Dr. Henry V Colella, her daughter Cathleen Graham of Locust Valley, NY, her son in law Gordon Graham Jr., her grandson Harrison Graham, her granddaughter Olivia Graham, her brothers William E Battles III of Brewster, MA, Daniel Battles of Harwich, MA, Dennis Battles of Braintree, MA, sisters Marilyn Gregory of Norwood, MA and Joanne Burke of North Attleboro, MA, Anne M Battles of Milton, MA and Rita M Battles of Milton, MA and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. Born in Boston, MA to William Battles II and Cathleen O'Leary Battles, she studied at Boston University and earned an OPM MBA from Harvard Business School. She spent much of her youth modeling and working in television, and then moved on to marketing and eventually owned an asbestos abatement business for over twenty years Hazardous Elimination Corporation. She served on the board of the ECA, on a committee for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and several other boards and committees. She worked tirelessly in the industry and received many awards and accolades. She was also a member of St. Johns of Lattingtown alter guild for twenty-five years.
