Innelli, Frank Thomas - Born 3/1/1924 Brooklyn, NY. Resident of Maspeth, Jericho, and Glen Head, NY. Called to the service of the Lord on 3/12/2020. Beloved husband of the late Hopey Duka. Dear father of John (Rose Valley, PA); the late Michele Cox (Randolph, NJ); Hope Innelli (Glendale, CA); Frank Jr. (Glen Head, NY). Father in law of Hollis Baker, Richard Cox, Kaipo Schwab and Maggie Innelli. Dear brother of the late Louis (Maspeth, NY), sister Anna Mariano (Ocala, FL). Dear brother-in-law of the late Theresa Innelli, Dominick Mariano, Doris Duka Smile Mezin, Daniel Duka, Helen Duka Mustello, and Eleanor Duka Newton. Proud Grandfather of Katherine & James Innelli; Jared, Tyler, & Makenzie Cox; Giovanni Schwab; and Daniel, Caroline, & Kyle Innelli. Served the US Army from 1943-1946 in the 411th AAA Gun Battalion, landing on Utah beach June 9, 1943 in the Invasion of Normandy and later participating in the liberation of the concentration camp at Dachau, Germany. Received the French Croix de Guerre. A graduate of St. John's University and licensed by the state in accounting & taxation, he maintained a small practice, and at the same time was fully employed by The New York Times for 42 years, retiring as a circulation executive in 1990. He had many accomplishments, but none greater than his family and faith.
