Inge Kirstine Kauders

Inge Kristine (Nielsen) Kauders. Born in Copenhagen, December 31, 1925, died peacefully in her home in Garden City, Long Island, October 6, 2019. Predeceased by her husband William (Willy) Kauders in 2010. Survived by her nephew, Ole Salby, and niece, Linda Salby Rasmussen, and their spouses, children, and grandchildren, all in Denmark. Dear friend of the Schmolka family. Inge immigrated to Canada in 1952 and worked in human resources at the Bank of Montreal for over 30 years. She moved to Long Island in the 1980s. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends in Denmark, Canada, and the United States. In the care of the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head, New York. A memorial service will be held at the Garden City Community Church on Sunday, October 27th at 3 pm to honour a long life lived with strength and integrity.
