Sullivan, Jack, 54, of Colorado Springs, CO, formerly of Glen Head, NY on October 28, 2014. Beloved son of Marcella and John Sullivan of Glen Head. Loving husband of the late Meg Malone. Dear brother of Jeanne Lewis (Scott), Richard (Anne) and Kevin. Fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Katharine Malone, Jane Stockton and Chad Malone. Also survived by dear friend Pam Cherry. Family will receive friends on Sunday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, Whitting Funeral Home 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church in Roslyn, NY. Interment at South Park Cemetery in Roswell, NM.
