It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Anthony Massarrone, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, cousin & friend, who left us too soon. Joe passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Joe was the cherished husband of Michelle and the devoted father of their son, Peter. His love for his family was immeasurable, and he took great pride in supporting them in every aspect of life. His bond with Michelle was unwavering, and his pride in Peter's accomplishments was evident to all who knew him.
"Our Family of Three" is what Joe coined his family. His family of three whose favorite past time was watching movies, streaming series in the family room, and listening to music in the car rides, couldn't get enough of his passion for media. Knowledge of actors, story lines, musicians, and films is what Joe loved to talk about with all of his friends and family. It wouldn't be Joe's family of three without watching a new TV show during dinner every month.
A die-hard Yankees fan, Joe's passion for the game was something that brought him great joy and camaraderie with friends and family. Whether watching a game, discussing the latest trade, or attending a ballgame, Joe's enthusiasm for the Yankees was contagious, and it was just one of the many ways he shared his love for life with others.
Joe had an innate curiosity for technology and was always on the cutting edge, eager to get his hands on the latest gadgets and devices. His knack for understanding and embracing new technology made him a go-to person for friends and family looking for advice or help.
He is also survived by his sister, Angela, and many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. Joe's infectious personality, his loyalty, and his sense of humor touched everyone who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to call him a loved one.
Though he was taken from us too soon, Joe's spirit, his love for his family, his passion for life, and his many cherished moments with friends will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Joe. You will be missed by so many, but your legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire all who knew you.
