Kathryn Grella

Kathryn T. Grella, 54, of Delray Beach, Florida died of cancer on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Born September 30, 1957, in Manhasset, NY, Kathy was the daughter of the late Dr. Anthony Grella and Rosalie Grella. Kathy graduated in 1975 from Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset. Kathy spent the last 17 years as primary care-giver to her mother Rosalie in Delray Beach, Florida where she was also a very active "COPS" volunteer for the Delray Police Department, and was on the Board of the High Point of Delray Condominium.
She is predeceased by her father, Dr. Anthony Grella, and her sister, Patricia Barbino Severin. She is survived by her mother Rosalie Grella, of Delray Beach, FL; two brothers, Robert Grella of Glen Head, and Richard Grella of Roslyn; her niece Tara (Paul) McInerney of Syracuse, and four great-nieces.
