Linda Margaret Nemeth

Linda Margaret Nemeth passed from this life on July 31 ^st , 2019. Beloved mother of Robert Biliski and Lillian McNamara. Cherished grandmother of Brendan and Julianna, loving sister to Edward Nemeth, loving mother-in-law to Kevin McNamara and Candace Biliski. Dear sister-in-law to Tina Nemeth, and loving aunt to Patricia and Edward Junior.
Linda was born July 25 ^th , 1947 in Queens, New York.  She graduated Catholic high school. She was a dedicated homemaker. She often volunteered at New York Hospital's children's burn unit. During her life she enjoyed socializing, and people were drawn to her gentle and compassionate nature. She joined book clubs and loved to read and discuss all genres. Linda enjoyed watching old movies like Gone with the Wind and The Sound of Music. She loved listening and dancing to music. Her favorite singer was Elvis Presley. Linda even invited an Elvis impersonator to sing and bring joy to the people of Flushing House Senior Living. She enjoyed time with her friends listening to jazz on the rooftop. Most of all, she adored her two grandchildren, and loved watching them growing up. She will be missed very much, and remembered with love by the many people whose lives she touched.
Family and friends may attend a Catholic service on August 5 ^th , 2019 at 10AM at St. Boniface Martyr Church 145 Glen Avenue, Sea Cliff, NY 11579 followed by a burial at Pinelawn Cemetery.
