Nicholas George Volpe

Volpe, Nicholas George of Boynton Beach, FL and Melville, NY on January 18, 2019 at the age of 87.  Beloved husband of the late Lydia.  Loving father of Russell (Barbara), Nicholas (Francesca), Robert (Andrea) and the late Pamela Volpe.  Cherished grandfather of Adam (Kathleen), Peter (Dana), Nicholas, Alec, Matthew, Lena, Lydia, Tessa, Christopher and great-grandfather of Victoria Rose.  Dear brother of the late Dominick (the late Sarah).  Loving partner of Susan Karmin; her children Shari (Ira), Karyn, Leslie (Bob), Dena (Joseph) and her grandchildren Alison, Jaclyn, Lauren, Maddie, Emma and Sarah.  Cherished as an uncle to his many nieces, nephews and to his countless friends on Long Island and in Florida.  Visiting Friday 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm, Whitting Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 am at St. Mary's Church, Roslyn, NY.  Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.  Contributions may be made to the American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way, Naples, FL 34110, www.sids.org .
