Hojnowski, Paul a lifelong resident of Glen Head, NY on Nov. 23, 2013. He was born June 20, 1917. He is a WWII Army Veteran where he fought in Europe including the Battle of the Bulge. A member of the American Legion Post #336. Loving son of the late Alexander & Stanislawa. Dear brother of Alice Kupcewicz, Wilma Hanson, Carl Hojnowski, Edward Hojnowski, and the late Stanley Hojnowski, Agnes Gorbowski and Peter Hojnowski. Also survived by 15 nieces & nephews, 24 great nieces & nephews, 11 great - great nieces and nephews, his cousin Krystyna & Wiestow Kuczmarski and their children Aleksandra and Matthew. Visiting Tues. 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Whitting Funeral Home 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545. Funeral Mass Wed. 10:30 am at St. Hyacinth R. C. Church, Glen Head, NY. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY.
