Peter Vlasak

Peter C Vlasak of Bayville, NY passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 64. He was born and raised in Sea Cliff, NY to the late Harold and Joan Vlasak. He graduated from North Shore High School. Peter spent 30 years as a union carpenter, Local 290. He retired 10 years ago and became a maintenance worker at Locust Valley High School. Peter is remembered for his love of his grandchildren and pride for his town. He could always be found with his local newspaper, walking the beach, and listening to his radio. Peter was the husband of Anna, who he shared 40 loving years with. He was the brother of Bill (Dale), Penny (Jack), and Jill (Bill). He is survived by his 3 children Peter, Jessica (Adam) and Michael, and 3 granddaughters, Summer, Hannah, and Sienna. He is also survived by his many in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers who he loved dearly. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Peter’s name to two charities that were close to his heart - the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
