Peter William Kurz

Kurz, Peter W. of East Norwich, formerly of Glenwood Landing, passed away peacefully in his sleep May 8, 2021 following a long illness at the age of 75. Peter proudly served his country from 1966 to 1969 in Vietnam. Upon his return home he began a 44-year long career with the US Postal Service as a Letter Carrier in Glen Head. Peter was an avid sportsman enjoying fishing and hunting and was a former member of the Matinecock Rod & Gun Club. Peter is survived by Linda (nee Roseen) his wife of 33 years, Linda's family members, numerous nieces and nephews and many loving friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Robert & Mabel Kurz, and brother Dennis Kurz. In lieu of flowers please donate in his memory to Wounded Warrior Project or the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
