Beloved brother of Theresa Kozlowska Balconis. Loving Godfather of Christine Balconis. Loving uncle of Richard Kozlowski, Karen Signoretti, Catherine Brown and Paul Grabowski. Viewing will be at St. Hyacinth Church, 319 Cedar Swamp Rd., Glen Head, NY; from 2 pm on Wed. June 24. The church will remain open until after the Mass of Transferal at 7:30pm on Wed.
