Rocco Gibaldi

Rocco Gibaldi of Port Washington, NY passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on December 6, 2021. He leaves behind his loving family including wife Judy, sons Chris and David, his daughters-in-law Elvira and Samantha, and four grandchildren Rocco, Giuseppe, Antonella, and Gideon. He also leaves behind his brother Carmine, sister-in-law Mary Rita and nephews Michael and James. Rocco was the principal of Elite Technology Consulting, a business and technology consulting firm. His true passion was his devotion to his family, always helping with family projects, farm-sitting, and home schooling his grandchildren during the pandemic. In his quiet, gentle ways he had a huge impact on the lives of those he loved and befriended. He spent decades volunteering at several community organizations such as Cub Scout Pack 77 Cubmaster, Boy Scout Troop 7 Scoutmaster, Guitarist at the St. Peters Family Mass, Eucharistic Minister at Mass and for the homebound, and most recently as VP of Society of St. Vincent de Paul at his parish and as an Advisory Board Member at Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro.
