Terence (Terry) Joseph Reilly, 78, passed away on April 13, 2024 in Glen Cove, NY.

Terence was born on April 18, 1945 in Glen Cove, NY, son of Terence and Helen Reilly.

Terence graduated from St. Patrick's School and Glen Cove High School in 1963.

Terence served in the Army from 1963 to 1965. Terence worked for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) as a car mechanic/inspector.

Terence enjoyed spending time with his friends over coffee at McD's, Panera and Dunkin Donuts, talking about old times and Glen Cove.

Terence enjoyed his cookies and cream ice cream and his pizza at Sergios.

Terence also enjoyed quiet times at Tappen beach reading his newspaper and enjoying his coffee before dropping off the papers to his sister.

Terence beloved brother to Mary Alexander (the late Warren) and the late Thomas (Tommy) ( the late Regina).

Loving uncle to Patricia Alexander, nephew John Reilly ( Rayna), Eileen Alexander, and the late Frank Reilly.

Visiting Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00PM to 9:00PM at Whitting Funeral Home, 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545.

Funeral Mass Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Glen Cove, NY.

Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY
