WILLIAM WALTER VITALE

William Walter Vitale, aka Bill or Vedo, age 72, of Sea Cliff, NY passed away on August 26, 2023.

William was the oldest child born to Walter (Barbara) and Joan Vitale on June 12, 1951 in Bayside, NY. He was married to Kathleen Vitale from 1982-2018, with whom he had three children. William is survived by many loving relatives-including his three children Mark (Jaime) Vitale, Jeffrey (Hayley) Vitale, and Lynn Vitale, his granddaughters Emma, Avery, and Sophie Vitale and his grandson Cole Vitale. He is also survived by his three siblings-Susan (John) Starkman, Michael Vitale and Kathleen Vitale.

William enjoyed playing Bridge, playing Softball and spending time with his four grandchildren. He was a friend to many and he will be greatly missed.

Services for William will be taking place at Whitting Funeral Home, located at 300 Glen Cove Avenue in Glen Head, NY on Thursday, September 7th, 2023 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm.
