Caroline enjoyed many special vacations with her family to Southampton, NY, the Maine Coast, and the many Long Island beaches, especially Stehli Beach in Bayville and TOBAY in Massapequa. In her retirement, Caroline and Joe enjoyed going to the theater and opera in New York City and so loved traveling throughout Europe.
